- Prepare monthly statistical reports on dispute outcomes for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in labour mediation, HR compliance, or employment law in the UAE.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken); additional languages an asset.
- Valid UAE driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the emirates for on-site mediations.
- Professional certification in mediation (e.g., CIArb, ADR) is highly desirable.
