Responsibilities

• Provide center-based direct care to clients as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Work with families and children from diverse backgrounds, ethnicity, cultures, and economic statuses.
• Collect data during client sessions as outlined in the treatment plan and complete daily notes for each session by the end of the day.
• Communicate with caregivers and other supports at pick up and drop off.
• Remain in constant communication with the leadership team, including BCBA, Lead RBT, and Program Manager.
• Perform other special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Outgoing with high energy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management skills are a must.
• Physical requirements: Running, crouching, squatting, kneeling for sustained periods, bending at the waist, full range of motion of hands and arms, sitting on the floor and chair for long periods, moving quickly from standing to seated or kneeling positions without support, lifting up to 50 lbs, and moving quickly from sitting to standing.
• Certification: Registered Behavioral Technician certification (RBT) - preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
