Behavioral Therapist
About the role
Provide direct behavioral services to clients in their home
Run individualized programs with clients using the principles of Behavior Analysis
Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans
Write daily session notes and collect data using programs such as, Google Docs or behavioral software (e.g., Theralytics)
Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
Continue with professional development and ABA knowledge by attending educational workshops
Protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise
Responsibilities
- Provide direct behavioral services to clients in their home

Requirements
- A high school and/or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (psychology, education, etc)
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents, in any capacity (babysitting, nannying, after-school programs, volunteering) for at least 1 year
- Flexibility to work weekday afternoons and evenings. Weekend sessions are not required, but are available upon request!
- Pass a CORI and Federal background check
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work closely with other professionals
- Comeplete a 40-hour RBT training through two in-person training days
- Competent computer skills
- Access to reliable transportation
- Availability to work 10- 20 hours per week

Pay
$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Schedule
10-20 hours per week, weekday afternoons and evenings, weekend sessions are not required, but are available upon request!
