Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support in homes and communities for children and young adults diagnosed with autism.
• Implement ABA or insurance-based contract services under supervision.
• Work directly with clients, following established treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Establish and maintain supportive relationships with clients and families.
• Document interventions and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collect and review behavior data as per the client's behavior support plan.
• Train and support clients in interpersonal skills and living in their community.
• Maintain awareness of clients' health and report any changes to the office.

Requirements

• One year experience working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred.
• CPR/FA certification required.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential or willingness to pursue it.
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible scheduling available, including weekdays, weekends, and early mornings.
