Behavioral Technician II / Qualified Mental Health Professional

Your Role in Our Mission

As Behavior Technician II (BT II), you will make a huge impact by supporting individuals at the Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home who have co-occurring disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities
• Providing therapeutic interventions
• Aiding in personal care
• Working closely with participants’ primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Rate: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
• Receive a sign-on and retention bonus paid out at successful completion of 3, 6, and 12 months (full-time new hires only). Plus, additional yearly stipends provided as grant funding permits!

What We’re Looking For

• BT II: Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee, or
• The ability to register as a Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee and be approved within 30 days of hire
• Experience working with IDD/Behavioral Health (BH) disorders required
• Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
