Behavioral Technician (BT)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in-home setting.
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision.
• Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET).
• Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains.
• Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes.
• Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
• Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current certification as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes within a designated area.

Pay

Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Hours: 9am-2pm, Monday through Friday.
