About the Role
We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods
Requirements
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
