About the role
Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Whether you’re new to ABA or already certified, we provide paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth and an opportunity to change lives!
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years)
- Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record behavioral data
- Sustain skill development, communication, and social interaction
- Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
- Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
Pay & Career Growth
- Entry Level: $15.00/hr
- RBT I-V: $16.00-$20.00/hr
- Senior RBT: $21.00/hr
- Future BCBA Career Path: ABA Intern → Lead RBT → ABA Apprentice → BCBA → Clinical Leadership
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation to the clinic
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified)
