Behavioral Support Aide (Part-Time)

About the role

We are seeking an In-Home Intensive Behavioral Support Provider to deliver personalized behavioral intervention services for children and adults with developmental delays and challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one behavior interventions
  • Assist with daily activities such as self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor, and crisis management
  • Support clients with personal care activities
  • Collect data on behaviors and goals outlined in the Behavior Support Plan

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred experience in healthcare or educational settings
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors
