About the role
We are seeking an In-Home Intensive Behavioral Support Provider to deliver personalized behavioral intervention services for children and adults with developmental delays and challenging behaviors.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one behavior interventions
- Assist with daily activities such as self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor, and crisis management
- Support clients with personal care activities
- Collect data on behaviors and goals outlined in the Behavior Support Plan
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred experience in healthcare or educational settings
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with challenging behaviors
