Responsibilities
- Provide interventions to clients that focus on problem solving, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragement
- Aid the team in providing on-going assessments of client symptoms and their responses to staff interventions
- Support clients in their desire for recovery and rehabilitation in the development of their goals
- Ensure that services provided are culturally competent, strengths based, and focused on rehabilitation and are inclusive of client preferences
- Provide assistance to clients related to transportation to work sites, daily activities, and appointments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Experience working with adults with mental illness
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license
Schedules
- Tuesday-Saturday, 3pm-11pm (40 hrs)
- Sunday 11pm-11am, Friday 9pm-9am, Saturday 11pm-11am (36 hrs)
- Sunday-Thursday, 3pm-11pm (40 hrs)
- Thursday-Sunday 11am-7pm, Monday 8am-4pm
Pay
- Hourly Rate: $20.50 USD - $20.50 USD
