Behavioral Specialist I - ACCS

Responsibilities

• Provide interventions to clients focusing on problem-solving, modeling behavior, optimism, and encouragement
• Aid the team in conducting ongoing assessments of client symptoms and their responses to staff interventions
• Support clients in achieving their goals for recovery and rehabilitation, while respecting their preferences
• Offer assistance to clients related to transportation, daily activities, and appointments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience working with adults with mental illness
• Valid Massachusetts drivers license

Schedule

Sunday 9am-5pm, Monday-Thursday, 12pm-8pm (40 hours)

Pay

$20.50 USD - $20.50 USD hourly
