Responsibilities
- Provide interventions to clients that focus on problem solving, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragement
- Aid the team in providing ongoing assessments of client symptoms and their responses to staff interventions
- Support clients in their desire for recovery and rehabilitation in the development of their goals
- Ensure that services provided are culturally competent, strengths-based, and focused on rehabilitation and are inclusive of client preferences
- Offer assistance to clients related to transportation to work sites, daily activities, and appointments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Experience working with adults with mental illness
- Valid Massachusetts drivers license
Schedule
Sunday 1p-9pm, Monday - Thursday 7a-3p
Sunday 8am-4pm, Monday 11am-7pm, Friday 7am-3pm, Saturday 8am-4pm (32 hrs)
Pay
Hourly Rate: $20.50 USD - $20.50 USD
