About the Role
You will join the consulting and integration team to apply behavioral science insights that enhance the delivery of holistic advice to clients. In this role, you'll partner with senior leaders to set strategic directions and influence decision-making processes through evidence-based solutions. You will collaborate across various functions, including research, experimentation, and design, to drive innovative initiatives. This is a contract role with an emphasis on thought leadership and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Apply behavioral science principles to improve client guidance and internal decision-making processes.
- Partner with senior leaders to define and implement strategic visions aligned with behavioral insights.
- Design and consult on research methodologies, utilizing qualitative and quantitative approaches.
- Lead experimentation efforts by designing experiments that influence business decision-making.
- Collaborate with external vendors and academic institutions to incorporate latest behavioral science advancements.
- Support enterprise design strategies by providing thought leadership and integrating behavioral insights into solutions.
- Lead or contribute to cross-disciplinary teams on complex business and design initiatives.
- Translate sophisticated data and behavioral science concepts into clear communications for diverse audiences.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in behavioral science, organizational consulting, or related fields.
- Proven expertise in designing and executing research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Strong understanding of behavioral science applications in digital product design or UX principles.
- Experience working with senior leadership and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Human Factors, or a related discipline; advanced degrees preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid Driver’s License.
Desired Skills
- Experience partnering with academic institutions or external research vendors.
- Knowledge of experimentation frameworks like A/B testing or design of experiments (DOE).
- Exposure to enterprise design or digital product strategy.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in behavioral science or consulting environments.
