Behavioral Psychotherapist - Neurology - Full Time Days

Responsibilities

• Provides evidence-based diagnostic assessment and treatment for mental health and substance use disorders
• Collaborates closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
• Ensures care delivery meets standards for safety, effectiveness, patient-centeredness, timeliness, efficiency, and equity
• Maintains accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements
• Participates in treatment planning, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
• One (1) year of supervised post–Master’s clinical experience
• OR Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• One of the following current licenses in the State of Michigan:
• Licensed Psychologist (LP)
• Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP)
• Licensed Master’s Social Worker (LMSW)

Qualifications
