Behavioral Psychotherapist - Full Time Days, Fully Remote

About the role

Provides evidence-based care in the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness and substance use disorders within an interdisciplinary team. Also provides individual, conjoint, group and family psychotherapy; in addition to crisis intervention services, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the quality of care is safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable.
• Offers evidence-based care in the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness and substance use disorders within an interdisciplinary team.
• Provides individual, conjoint, group and family psychotherapy; in addition to crisis intervention services, as needed.

Requirements

• Fully Remote role, but residing in Michigan is strongly preferred*
• Outpatient therapy experience is strongly preferred*

Qualifications

• Master's (or Doctoral) degree in clinical or counseling psychology with one year supervised post masters experience; OR
• Master's degree in Social Work with two years post Master's experience in mental health/chemical dependency setting.
