Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of BCBA staff
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral programs
- Develop and implement behavioral plans
- Collaborate with other professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations
- Use evidence-based assessments to inform treatment planning and measure progress
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements
- Participate in staff training and professional development
- Stay current with best practices and share knowledge with colleagues
Requirements
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
- Completed coursework in ABA, as well as demonstrated competence in ABA principles and practices
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Must hold current BCBA certification, with eligibility for Ohio licensure
- Minimum 1 years of experience in ABA
- Proven experience working with individuals with ASD and their families
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively interact with clients, families, and staff, while maintaining accurate records and reports
