Behavioral Program Supervisor (BCBA) Hybrid Position

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of BCBA staff
• Provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral programs
• Develop and implement behavioral plans
• Collaborate with other professionals to create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and evaluations
• Use evidence-based assessments to inform treatment planning and measure progress
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements
• Participate in staff training and professional development
• Stay current with best practices and share knowledge with colleagues

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
• Completed coursework in ABA, as well as demonstrated competence in ABA principles and practices
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Must hold current BCBA certification, with eligibility for Ohio licensure
• Minimum 1 years of experience in ABA
• Proven experience working with individuals with ASD and their families
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to effectively interact with clients, families, and staff, while maintaining accurate records and reports
