Compensation for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Salary - starting at $76,000 - $100,000 per year
- Unlimited earning potential
- $80/hour for any hours billed over monthly billing requirement

Education, Experience & Other Requirements of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia or BCBA with a goal of obtaining LBA in Virginia
- Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years licensed driving history and good driving record
- Preferred: 1 year supervisory experience
