Behavioral Program Supervisor (BCBA) Hybrid Position

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Behavioral Program Supervisor (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid position you will oversee the development and implementation of behavioral programs for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Part-time and full-time schedules are available with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with other professionals.
• Conduct evidence-based assessments to inform treatment planning and measure progress.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Participate in staff training and professional-development activities to stay current with best practices.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field, including completed ABA coursework.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and eligibility for Ohio licensure.
• Minimum of one year of experience in ABA with individuals with ASD and their families.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay

$60,000 – $80,000 annually.
