Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or group therapy to a limited number of behavioral health clients
- Administer comprehensive diagnostic assessments
- Provide Crisis Intervention services as needed
- Provide behavioral health services on the AHCH campus, as well as through targeted and site-based Outreaches
- Integrate with Medical and Psychiatric providers for holistic client care
- Collaborate with other departments and serve as a BH resource to staff
- Attend meetings as required
- Participate in peer review of clinical documentation
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities within agency
- Comply with all AHCH policies and procedures
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling
- NM licensure as LPCC, LCSW, LMHC or LMSW (provisionals welcome to apply)
- One-year related experience and knowledge of behavioral health, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and trauma
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous work with people experiencing homelessness or other under-served populations
- Bilingual or Spanish speaking
