Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy for clients in treatment
- Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational groups
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans
- Document therapy sessions and clinical progress notes
- Collaborate with nursing staff, recovery coaches, and clinical leadership
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
- Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
