Behavioral Health Therapist II - Waukesha Memorial - 0.9 FTE, 2nd Shift

The Behavioral Health Therapist II

Maintains licensure/certifications as per state requirements.

• Facilitates urgent assessments and makes recommendations for appropriate level of care.
• Receives referrals from primary care physicians, specialty clinics, and other behavioral health providers.
• Provides bridge therapy sessions within 7 days of discharge from inpatient psychiatric programs.
• Offers short-term therapy (6 sessions or less) based on patient appropriateness.
• Facilitates intake evaluations for ProHealth Care's Partial Hospital Program.
• Utilizes specific billing codes: 90971, 90839, 90832, and 90834.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in a related mental health field.
• Licensed as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Wisconsin.
• Substance Abuse Specialty Authorization or SAC/CsAC certification.
• Maintains licensure/certifications through required continuing education.
