Behavioral Health Therapist II

About the role

Provide therapeutic support to adult patients (18+) in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) setting, primarily serving individuals transitioning from inpatient psychiatric care. Lead up to three in-person group therapy sessions daily (45 minutes each, up to 12 patients per group), utilizing a DBT-informed approach while tailoring content to patient needs without a fixed curriculum. Support patient care through intake assessments, case management, and individual therapy (managing a caseload of up to 10 patients).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience at a Graduate-level supervised internship or practicum in a mental health setting
• At least 2 years of post-graduate Education Group Therapy experience
• Master's or Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or Master's in Social Work
• Pennsylvania Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor required
