Behavioral Health Counselor II

Role: Clinician II, providing recovery-focused, community-based behavioral health services for adults, youth, and families. Key Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans.Deliver individual and group counseling using evidence-based practices.Coordinate care with internal teams and community partners.Support crisis intervention and safety planning efforts.Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
