Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social work or clinical mental health counseling.
- Fully licensed with LCSW or dually licensed with LCMHC and LCAS.
- Experience providing behavioral health services in primary care, integrated care, and/or community health settings.
- Experience functioning as a Behavioral Health Care Manager within the Psychiatric Collaborative Care Model (CoCM).
- Experience completing clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary and integrated care teams.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

- Skilled at working in fast-paced environments and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and compassionately with patients, families, and a diverse healthcare team.
- Collaborative, team-focused communication style with the ability to work effectively across clinical and community settings.
- Working knowledge of medical office operations and familiarity with the role of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) within the community.

Pay
Salary range: $65,000 to $70,000 based on experience, licensure, and education.
