Behavioral Health Therapist

Job Summary

As our Behavioral Health Therapist for the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), you will help provide quality psychotherapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, to a diverse range of patients. Everyday you will diagnose and treat mental health disorders, collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, and contribute to a supportive, recovery-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions using various modalities
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless care
• Champion evidence-based practices and professional growth

Required Job Requirements

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related behavioral health field
• Current LMHP licensure in North Dakota (PLMHP/PLSCW or LMSW/LAPC)
• Strong knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders, DSM criteria, and treatment planning
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• CPR (BLS) certification current upon hire OR to be completed within 14 days of hire

Preferred

• 2+ years of experience in mental health/addiction recovery

Pay

$32.25 - $45.30/hour
