Behavioral Health Technician - Inpatient & Outpatient

Responsibilities

• Support adult and senior patients in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Monitor patient safety and document behaviors accurately
• Assist with daily living activities
• Lead or support therapeutic groups and reinforce treatment plans
• De-escalate crises using trauma-informed techniques
• Maintain a secure and clean environment
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for patient care
