Behavioral Health Technician- Group ABA (Ages 3-6)

About the role

Average workweeks are 40 hours, Monday through Friday. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy sessions to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Implement evidence-based interventions such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Assess and document progress in therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with other team members including therapists, teachers, and parents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for supporting children with special needs.

Skills

• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
