About the role
As a Behavioral Health Technician - ABA, you will work in a supportive environment dedicated to helping individuals with autism spectrum disorders. Your primary responsibility will be to provide behavioral interventions that promote positive outcomes and enhance quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based interventions as part of an ABA program
- Observe and record client progress
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct support to clients in various settings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)

Pay
