This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment data
- Monitor and document progress towards treatment goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct training sessions for families and caregivers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Current certification in ABA from an accredited program
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Skills
- Excellent observational and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
