Behavioral Health Technician (Greenbrook)

Join Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers as a Patient-Centered Technician in Palm Beach Gardens, FL! We're seeking a technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our outpatient centers. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts from 7am-7pm.

Your Role
Provide comprehensive patient care by administering TMS and esketamine treatments, monitoring patient responses, recording psychiatric rating scales, and addressing patient discomfort. Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping by delivering empathetic and supportive care, maintaining accurate EHR, managing patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures. Support operational efficiency by assisting with insurance and billing processes as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or an Associate's Degree, and/or an equivalent clinical certification, combined with significant relevant work experience in patient care or in fast-paced in-person patient care or customer care/service roles.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field; and at least the equivalent of one year of healthcare work or internship experience.
- Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD preferred). Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required. Strong grasp of appropriate patient/provider boundaries required. Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).
- Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable personal transportation to travel between centers is required.
