Job Duties
- Understands and maintains confidentiality of patient information and records.
- Documents patient information.
- Safeguards patient attendance at scheduled activities.
- Provides assistance during emergency situations.
- Performs additional duties as directed.
- Builds positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility in response to workplace changes.
- Fulfills Infection Control Guidelines.
- Maintains a safe, therapeutic environment for staff and clients.
- Prepares daily reports to management.
- Enforces client rules and responsibilities.
- Reports noncompliance to management.
- Collects urine samples from clients.
- Transports clients as needed.
Requirements
- Able to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
- Acceptable Driving History.
- One year of experience in a mental/behavioral health setting.
- Understanding of the 12-step recovery process.
