Responsibilities
- Assist patients with performing activities of daily living
- Provide or assist with providing patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions
- Observe and record patient behavior and activities
- Report on changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to nursing staff
- Suggest modifications to treatment plan as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- A minimum of 1 year of behavioral health experience is preferred
- An American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification must be obtained within 45 days of hire
- A Lifepoint Health Worker Certification (HWC) must be obtained within 45 days of hire
- A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is preferred
- You must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for this position
