Responsibilities
- Serve as a positive role model and support adolescents in treatment.
- Assist with daily programming, including therapy sessions, structured activities, and activity transitions.
- Monitor client safety, manage behavioral challenges, and use de-escalation techniques.
- Document participation, behaviors, and progress in the EMR.
Requirements
- Experience with adolescents in behavioral/mental health (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication, empathy, and crisis-management skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
Hourly Pay Rate: $16 – $20, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
