Behavioral Health Technician
About the Role
Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician to provide one-to-one behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–24) in home, school, and community settings across Pennsylvania. This role supports clients with emotional or behavioral challenges and promotes age-appropriate independence and stability. Guided by a Behavioral Consultant, you'll follow a personalized treatment plan that includes behavioral interventions, skill reinforcement, and family education. You’ll work directly with clients and caregivers, helping reduce service dependence while promoting culturally competent, recovery-oriented care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 behavioral health services to youth (ages 2–24) across home, school, and community settings
- Follow treatment plans designed by the supervising Behavioral Consultant
- Promote age-appropriate functioning and skill development
- Set clear boundaries to reduce dependency on services
- Provide parent training and caregiver support
- Offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed care
- Maintain daily travel and documentation of client progress
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and auto insurance
- Ability to obtain PA Act 33, Act 34, and FBI clearances
- CPR/First Aid training (infant/child) or willingness to complete training
Pay
$18.50/hour
Schedule
Part-time for the 2026-2027 school year
