About the role
Join our team supporting adolescent girls in a residential treatment setting. No prior experience in behavioral health? No problem—we provide paid training and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Support teens in daily routines and life skills
- Build positive, supportive relationships
- Help de-escalate stressful situations (training provided)
- Lead activities like fitness, music, or art
- Work as part of a team to support client progress
Qualifications
- 21+ years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to pass background check

Schedule
4-day work week (10-hour shifts)
Day: 6 AM – 4 PM
Overnight: 8 PM – 6 AM

Pay
$18.00- $19.00 per hour
