About the role
A dynamic opportunity for a Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to clients in a therapeutic setting
- Implement evidence-based interventions and treatment plans
- Document client progress and interactions accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Assist in crisis intervention and emergency situations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with individuals with mental health disorders
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
