About the role
A dynamic opportunity for a Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing behavioral health services to clients
- Support clients in developing coping strategies and skills
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working with individuals with mental health disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
