About the role
Join us at our 20-bed inpatient behavioral health hospital dedicated to adult and geriatric psychiatric care. We’re looking for passionate CNAs to support RNs and providers in delivering high-quality care to patients with mental and cognitive health conditions.
Responsibilities
- Support RNs and providers in delivering high-quality psychiatric care
- Provide direct patient interaction and engagement
- Assist with individual and group activities
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Monitor and report on patient mental and physical health
- Conduct therapeutic groups for adult and geriatric patients
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Active CNA certification (required)
- BLS certification (required)
- 1+ year experience in behavioral health (preferred)
- Basic computer skills (preferred)
Schedule
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)
