Responsibilities
- Ensures quality patient care
- Maintains patient hygiene
- Aids in patient mobility
- Serves as a liaison between patients and nurses
- Documents patient care accurately and promptly
- Completes patient rounding and safety companion services
- Collects and completes patient screenings
- Participates in ongoing education and training
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor’s Degree, related field preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Health Association preferred
- State Tested Nursing Aide (STNA) or Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) preferred
- Certified Social Work Assistant (SWA), Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA), or Counselor in Training (preferred)
- Human Services-Board Certified Practitioner (HS-BCP) or American Association of Psychiatric Technicians (AAPT) preferred
Qualifications
- One year of experience in a mental health or healthcare setting preferred

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$18.11 - $27.17 per hour
