We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes description of role, duties, qualifications, salary, benefits, payday, etc. We need to follow rules: use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove sections like "Equal Opportunity" (EEO) and "Payday" maybe? Payday is about pay schedule; we can include under Pay or Schedule? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we need to decide which sections to include. We have content: Description (role description), Examples of Duties (list), Minimum Qualifications (education, experience, specialized experience, driver's license, quality of experience, desirable qualifications), Supplemental Information (salary details, requirements, calculation of experience, temporary assignment, documents, info about temporary positions), Payday (pay schedule), Benefits (list of benefits). Also Salary Range details. We need to map to headings: About the role (maybe description), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe minimum qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe education/experience?), Skills (maybe desirable qualifications?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with placeholder text. So we need actual content. Let's extract substantive content: - About the role: "This posting is being used to fill a Behavioral Health Specialist position that provide services to students at various schools within the Windward District as needed and assigned by the Windward District Office. The authorized level of the position is Behavioral Health Specialist IV. Applications are being accepted down to the Behavioral Health Specialist III in the event of recruiting difficulties." - Salary Range: "Behavioral Health Specialist III, SR-20: $5,107.00 - $6,221.00 Behavioral Health Specialist IV, SR-22: $5,753.00 - $6,468.00" Also "All new external applicants will be placed on the initial step of the salary range. However, placement above the initial step of the salary range will be based on special characteristics and critical needs of the position, an applicant's exceptional qualifications, the availability of funds, and other relevant factors. Such appointments require prior approval. Hawaii State Department of Education employees will be placed on the salary range in accordance with Department regulations." - Supplemental Information Salary: "The advertised salary is based on full-time employment and includes shortage and school year differentials, if applicable." - Payday: "Payday New employees can expect their first paycheck within the first 3 pay periods of their start date. Payday is on the 5th and 20th (or previous business day) of every month." - Benefits: list of holidays, vacation, sick leave, health insurance, group life insurance, premium conversion plan, flexible spending accounts, retirement plan, tax shelter annuity, deferred compensation. - Duties: list of examples of duties (multiple sentences). We'll convert to
  • . - Minimum Qualifications: Basic Education Requirements, Experience Requirements (Level III none, Level IV 1 year post-Master's), Specialized Experience Requirement (1 year consultation to educational professionals, multidisciplinary team, ASD), Driver's License Requirement, Quality of Experience, Desirable Qualifications (National Certified Counselor credential). - Supplemental Information also includes: Requirements: Applicants must meet all requirements as of date of application, unless otherwise specified. Unless specifically indicated, required education and experience may not be gained concurrently. Calculation of experience based on full-time 40-hour workweeks. Part-time experience pro-rated. Example. Temporary Assignment verification. Documents: attach all relevant supporting documents. Info about Temporary Positions: temporary positions may be extended year to year, etc. We need to decide sections: About the role (description), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe combine minimum qualifications and supplemental requirements?), Qualifications (maybe education/experience?), Skills (desirable qualifications?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we must avoid duplication. Perhaps we can have: - About the role (description) - Responsibilities (duties) - Qualifications (education, experience, specialized experience, driver's license, desirable qualifications) - Benefits - Pay (salary range, placement, payday) - Schedule? Not really given; maybe we can omit Schedule as no specific schedule info. We must not create empty sections. Let's craft HTML:
