Responsibilities
- Supervisory role that oversees the supports of adults with Autism in the community (home, school, work)
- Clinical role that develops and assesses Individual Support Plans (ISP) and provides behavioral support and skill building services for adults living with Autism
- Provides face-to-face, remote and administrative support based upon the needs of the individuals
- Conducts in-home assessments and administers psychological tools to assess each individual’s specific needs
- Promotes the use and application of Person-Centered Planning to develop skills within each person supported
- Makes sure to monitor and evaluate data towards goal progress

Qualifications
- One of the following:
- A Master’s degree in social work, education, psychology, or applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- A Master’s degree in counseling (i.e. mental health, marriage and family, etc.) with at least 33% ABA course work
- A Master’s degree in an unrelated field and PA Behavior Specialist License
Requirements
- Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavioral support plans
- Experience working with individuals living with autism
- Valid driver’s license and daily access to a properly maintained and insured vehicle
