About the role

We are searching for inspiring and well-rounded Behavioral Health Specialists to join our digital health platform, SolaVieve. The platform offers integrated, whole-person solutions using telehealth technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Guiding clients on their journey to optimal health and well-being.
  • Working with members to mitigate the impacts of social factors on health and functional status.
  • Administering general problem-solving, assertiveness, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to address behavioral patterns and provide emotional support for personal growth.
  • Engaging clients through live interactions using video conferencing and text messaging.
  • Establishing and creating a plan of care that enables clients to achieve their goals.
  • Engaging clients in a collaborative relationship, empowering them to manage their psycho-social, physical, and environmental health to improve and maintain their well-being.
  • Developing collaborative relationships with the client care team.
  • Maximizing client’s access to available resources through the digital platform.
  • Providing short-term psycho-education to clients to assist in healthy life-long changes.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of health coaching experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience addressing behavioral health, medical, and life transition challenges with clients.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience coaching adults within a mental health framework.
  • BCC or ICF Certification with a Psychology degree is helpful, but not required.
  • Medicaid and/or Medicare familiarity.
  • Certificates in Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Skills & Abilities

  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage caseloads independently.
  • Proficient in oral and written communication skills (English).
  • Affinity for incorporating the company voice and brand into health topics.
  • Experience with Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
  • Ability to stay updated on the latest research in the behavioral industry and apply various techniques to each client.
  • Ability to work remotely and use technology to administer consultations.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate clients.
  • Outstanding clinical judgment.
  • Ability to collaborate with professionals across the health spectrum.
  • Knowledge of research procedures, methods, techniques, statistical principles, measurement theories, and data collection instruments (preferred).

Connectivity / Technology

  • Sufficiently maintained internet connectivity for holding online meetings and accomplishing tasks.
  • Sufficiently maintained devices (laptops and/or smartphones) for accomplishing tasks and communicating with the team.
