About the role
We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to provide therapy services to teens, young adults, and their families. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents and young adults, and be able to provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to teens, young adults, and their families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensed to practice as a Mental Health Professional in the state of [State]
- At least 2 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and young adults
- Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
