About the role
The Behavioral Health Specialist will provide client supervision and care as part of the treatment team. The BHS will supervise and facilitate daily milieu of programs/services as assigned, such as assisting with activities of daily living skills, educational and community/recovery groups, and activity therapy.
Responsibilities
- Read and implement a client’s treatment plan.
- Provide clients with positive cues and redirection.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age (automobile insurance requirement) and possess a valid AZ driver’s license with a “clean” or “acceptable” driving record.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, no experience needed.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, no experience necessary.
- Associate degree plus one (1) years behavioral health work experience.
- High School Diploma or GED plus Peer Support Specialist certification plus two (2) years of behavioral health work experience.
- High School Diploma or GED plus four (3) years of behavioral health work experience.

Pay
- $16.00/hour for minimum qualifications.
- $17.00/hour for preferred qualifications.
Schedule
- Wed 12pm – 6pm, Thurs – Sat 6am – 6pm
- Sun – Tue 7am – 7pm, Wed 7am – 1pm
- Sun – Tue 8am – 8pm, Wed 8am – 2pm
- Wed 1pm-7pm, Thurs – Sat 7am-7pm
- Wed 1pm-7pm, Thurs – Sat 7am-7pm
