We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to extract substantive content. Let's parse the posting: - Intro: "Join Our Mission to Transform Lives! At Rosecrance, we’ve been leading the way in behavioral health services for over a century. Our team empowers individuals and families to overcome substance use and mental health challenges through compassionate care and evidence-based therapies. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact, we’re ready to welcome you! We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team and help deliver on our mission of hope and recovery." That's about the organization, could be "About the role" or "About Rosecrance". But we have headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. - Position Summary: Provide behavioral health services to identified students in a school setting as a part of Rockford Public School District. Services delivered may be in conjunction with other treatment providers, and in these instances, collaboration of service delivery is required in order to provide appropriate support to the student in the school setting. That's a summary; could be "About the role". - Qualifications: list of qualifications. - Responsibilities: list of responsibilities. - Schedule: "Schedule: 8 hour shifts Shift varies per school hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday" - Compensation & Rewards: includes Base Pay, Additional Pay Enhancements. - Benefits: list. - Skills: maybe we can extract from qualifications: "Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to quickly establish rapport. Computer proficiency required. Ability to navigate and complete documentation in the electronic healthcare record. Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the prescribed time frames". Those could be skills. - Requirements: maybe combine qualifications and skills? But we have both Qualifications and Requirements headings. The posting has "Qualifications" heading and then a list. It also mentions "Must qualify as a MHP or higher per Illinois Department of Mental Health Rule 132." etc. Those are qualifications. There's also "Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Agency insurance requirements. Must have own transportation." Those could be requirements. We need to avoid duplication. We'll decide to have sections: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should not include Requirements if it's redundant with Qualifications; but we could include Requirements for things like driver's license, transportation, belief in mission. However the posting already has those under Qualifications list. Might be okay to have Qualifications covering all. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include EEO boilerplate etc. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content precisely. About the role: combine the introductory paragraph and position summary? The intro is about Rosecrance mission; could be considered About the role. We'll include that as prose. Responsibilities: list items from "Responsibilities" section. Qualifications: list items from "Qualifications" section. Skills: maybe extract from qualifications list items that are skill-like: Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to quickly establish rapport; Computer proficiency required; Ability to navigate and complete documentation in the electronic healthcare record; Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the prescribed time frames. But we need to avoid duplication: if we put those under Skills, we should not also list them under Qualifications. However Qualifications also includes education, certifications, etc. We could keep Qualifications for education/licensure, and Skills for abilities. Let's parse Qualifications list: - Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or other related field. - Illinois Certified Addiction Counselor (CADC), or licensed in Illinois as a LSW or LPC which supersedes the CADC within 2 years of employment in substance use disorder. - Must qualify as a MHP or higher per Illinois Department of Mental Health Rule 132. - Knowledge of DSM diagnoses and appropriate criteria for each diagnosis. - Knowledge of accepted assessment techniques - Experience working with youth who have mental illness and/or substance use disorder preferred. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Ability to quickly establish rapport - Computer proficiency required. - Ability to navigate and complete documentation in the electronic healthcare record. - Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the prescribed time frames - Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Agency insurance requirements. - Must have own transportation. - Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance. We could split: Education/licensure (first few) as Qualifications; skills/experience as Skills. But the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we keep Qualifications as one section containing all those bullet points, and not create Skills section. However we also have Responsibilities separate. Benefits separate. Pay separate. Schedule separate. About the role separate. Thus we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 6 sections. Check if any section would be empty/filler: All have content. Now we need to format. - About the role: combine intro paragraph and position summary as prose (

). Might be two paragraphs but we can combine into one

with sentences. - Responsibilities: list each responsibility as

  • under
. - Qualifications: list each qualification as
    • under
. - Benefits: list each benefit as
      • under
. - Pay: include base pay and additional pay enhancements as prose or list? Could be
with items. - Schedule: include schedule info as

. We must not repeat job title. No headings for Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, Partnerships, etc. Also remove "Who We Are", "Our Health and Safety Commitment", "Equal Employment Opportunity", "Our Partnerships", "Ready to Make a Difference? Apply today..." etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Now craft HTML. Let's write:
