Core Working Hours
Counselors work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy that aligns with clients' strengths and recovery journeys.
- Collaborate with clients to develop personalized Treatment Plans of Care.
- Coordinate tailored services including mental health care, substance use support, and affordable housing assistance.
- Engage with service providers to create a cohesive, supportive network around each client.
- Document progress, celebrate successes, and contribute to transforming lives.
