Behavioral Health Registered Nurse - Intermittent (As Needed)
About the Role
This is an hourly, part-time position covered by the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 bargaining unit (union), located at 1756 Sagamore Road, Northfield, Ohio. Shifts are variable and to be determined.
Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate nursing/medical needs of patients
- Initiate and direct implementation of the nursing care plan
- Observe, evaluate, and record patient behavior and condition
- Administer medications and treatment as ordered by the physician
- Assist with physical examinations
- Respond to emergency situations
- Direct delivery of and evaluate psychiatric/nursing care of patients delivered by professional and nonprofessional staff
- Prepare, review, implement, and update records, reports, and plans
- Serve as an interdisciplinary treatment team member
Requirements
- Current license as a registered professional nurse in the state of Ohio, issued by the Board of Nursing per Section 4723.03 of the Revised Code
- Official transcripts for all post-secondary education, coursework, or degrees listed on the application must be submitted before receiving a formal employment offer

Pay
$36.01 per hour. This position is classified as #13 on the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 Pay Range Schedule. Unless required by union contract or Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin and remain at Step 1.
