Behavioral Health Professional Team Lead/Supervisor (Duncan, OK)

About the role

Jim Taliaferro Community Mental Health Center (JTCMHC) in Duncan, OK, is currently recruiting for Licensed Behavioral Health Professionals with supervisory experience to join our facility!

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of highly skilled mental health professionals dedicated to providing outstanding service to our clients.
• Demonstrate leadership skills.
• Offer additional compensation for working outside of normal business hours.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or closely related field.
• Licensed to practice in the state of Oklahoma issued by one of the following licensure boards: Psychology, Social Work (clinical specialty only); Professional Counselor; Marriage and Family Therapist; Behavioral Practitioner; or Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
• If not yet licensed, candidate must be actively and regularly receiving board approved supervision, and extended supervision by a fully licensed clinician if board’s supervision requirement is met.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Position requires participation in on-call rotation unless exempted by Executive Director.

Pay

The salary range for the Licensed Behavioral Health Professional Team Lead and the Licensure Candidate Behavioral Health Team Lead position range from: $70,000/yr (33.65/hr) – $83,790/yr (40.28/hr).

Salaries are based on licensure, DMH experience, and EBP certifications.

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
