Qualifications
- Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician with any of the following licenses: LMSW, LPC, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Perform risk assessment of inmates.
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team including medical staff, community providers, psychiatric hospitals, and corrections.
- Discharge planning for inmates.
- Aid inmates in setting and implementing treatment goals.
- Plan and implement program and project objectives.
- Prepare necessary documentation, records, and reports.
