Behavioral Health Professional (LMSW, LPC, or equivalent)

Qualifications

• Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician with any of the following licenses: LMSW, LPC, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform risk assessment of inmates.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team including medical staff, community providers, psychiatric hospitals, and corrections.
• Discharge planning.
• Aid inmates in setting and achieving treatment goals.
• Plan and implement program and project goals and objectives.
• Prepare necessary documentation, records, and reports.
